Here is the worksheet I made in preparation of the Mock Admissions Committee conference call. While it wasn't especially difficult except in terms of the time it took to read through the applications and make notes, it really drives home how much information the admissions officers have to go through. And, unlike me, they do it very quickly and efficiently!
